特征及用途

该密封为单端面、平衡型、弹簧静止型，集装式机械密封，装在泵上不需要调整。该密封采用了特殊的硬质材料，有极强的抗磨蚀性能，与泵液接触的材料均采用了高耐腐蚀性的不锈钢。该密封有内冲洗和无冲洗结构，冲洗液使用清洁水或较清洁的工业回用水（固体物最大直径50μm）冲洗水的压力高于密封腔压力0.1MPa以上。该密封适用于电厂烟尾气脱硫工况，脱硫装置吸收塔循环泵等。

Feature and use

The product,featured by a single end surface,balanced and spring static type and assembled packing,requires noadjustment once mounted on pumps. It adopts special hard materials which enable its strong anticorrosive performance.The materials contacting pump liquids are made of strong corrosion resistant stainless steel.With both interior rinsing and non-rising structures,the mechanic seal uses clean water or recycled industrial water(max.diameter of solid partcle should be less than 50μm）cleaner than the medium as rinsing solution.The pressure of recyclable solution should be more than 0.1MPa of that of the sealed cavity.This product is applicable to pumps fume desulphurization in power plants and desulphurzation devices in recycling pumps of absorbers.
